Lots of learnings all these years (king of explosion last two years) benzo's saved my life and career. I think I used to have "insomnia" for some 50 years (68 today) all kind of causes and medications were explored along the way: depression, generalized anxiety, nocturia, poor sleep hygiene, and so on.
